Siri Nelson, Chief Administration Officer of Sutter Lakeside Hospital in Lakeport, spoke at the Sunrise breakfast on October 23. Siri and her family just completed a move of Lake county in May. She presented an overview of the Sutter Health system and Sutter Lakeside Hospital discussing in detail the commitment Sutter Health has to Lake County. Siri discussed the Dashboard of monthly measurements by which the hospital measures its performance, it is ranked in the top 10% of hospitals nationally. Sutter Lakeside has a strong focus on patient safety and uses the eMap system to ensure that the Right Patient gets the Right Medication at the Right Dose and at the Right Time. Sutter Lakeside is a 501C3 - Not for Profit Organization. This means that if you come into the emergency room they will take care of you. The hospital has also recently added a large mobile unit with two exam rooms that will soon be making visits to patients across Lake County. Robert Boccabella prepares to sign a book that will be donated in his name to the Kelseyville Elementary School while Rotarian April looks on. Robert introducted us to his Business Business Design Services which is located in Petaluma. Robert said that their philosophy is that the focus is on the customer and what they want rather than on his personal wants -- Design is about trust and teamwork. Rotarian Kirk presents Kim Riley (center) and Karen Sullivan (left) with a book to sign, the book will be donated to the Kelseyville Elementary School library. Below, Kim Riley and Karen Sullivan (Equestrian Women of the Toll Road) present Riley & Sullivan's Unrehearsed BREAKFAST THEATRE. In the skit they play two obsessed trailbusters who are returning from busting a trail on Lake County's 3,200 acre Highland Springs Recreational Area. Kim and Karens skit highlights the work they are doing along with other volunteers to keep the trails open or reopen overgrown trails -- Highland Springs Recreational Trail Development. This work is done in conjunction with the Back Country Horsemen and the Clearlake Horsemen.
